<div> <p>Experienced trade management and reconciliation partner with extensive technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise. Carries out the complex escalations and initiatives involving the functional area. Consistently solves problems and acts as a representative for the functional area on cross-team initiatives. 1. Daily reconciliation of transactions and positions for Equity, Corporate Bond, CMO, TBA, Pool, Bank Loan and private securities. 2. Analyzes and understands all security and cash position differences related to reconciliations. 3. Coordinates break resolution process between client, operations teams and custodian banks. 4. Manages hand off process between India and Chicago reconciliation teams, and follow up on open issues. 5. Works closely with implementation team to ensure seamless handoff and setup of new client accounts. 6. Performs daily review of reconciliations and execute controls. 7. Responsible for project work related to increasing efficiency and improving control environment. 8. Operates Independently, has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function and key upstream/downstream dependency 9. As a subject matter expert, provides leadership and problem solving to the team and partners at a high technical level. Carries out cross-department initiatives and assists with complex client support needs. 10. Identifies areas for process improvement and carries out activities that are technically difficult to execute on those improvements. 11. Role is focused on development and initiative management.
