Enterprise Overview: The purpose of the role is to support and foster the overall service strategy for Wealth Management. The associate managers a diverse team, placing focus on mentoring, coaching and training, the business support structure, problem resolution and service efficiencies. Their broader responsibilities include identifying and implementing strategic service and technology solutions, working closely with business partners across diverse business to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels, as well as vendor and project management.   Client's Description: This Wealth Management Operations role provides operational support to the Investment Solutions Groups Fixed Income trading desk. The operational associate is co-located on the ISG desk to provide seamless support for trading activity. Primary responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to the following: Monitor trading system for trade rejects, research and resolve in a timely manner Contact external brokers/dealers to resolve trade settlement issues Monitor systematic alerts from trading systems, research and resolve Request coding for newly traded fixed income secondary securities where needed Book all manual street side and Client facing trades executed by the desk Requests account/account prefix creations or modifications in back end trading systems where required Assist retail traders with trade error resolution Provide desk phone support as needed   Required Skills: A minimum of 3-5 years related experience in financial services Financial product, sales or trading desk support experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Knowledge of fixed income and the fixed income trading lifecycle Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Detail oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills   Desired Skills: Experience resolving trading breaks An aptitude for problem solving Knowledge of trades processing systems such as TRAQCS and TDE Experience with Bloomberg terminal
