<div> <p>As an Audit Supervisor, you will independently execute assigned audit activities and may supervise audit teams. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Execute multiple tasks simultaneously and implement risk based audit strategy</li> <li>Utilize sound, seasoned analytical skills and product, business, and technical expertise to execute assigned responsibilities </li> <li>Coordinate, scope and lead team activities on audits</li> <li>Lead analysis of control deficiencies, as well as expansion and refinement of documentation for more complex control deficiencies to drive actionable business impact</li> <li>Influence management on sufficiency of corrective actions and recommend audit rating</li> <li>Exercise judgment and critical thinking to influence business partners</li> <li>Identify control trends in assigned business areas, as well as impact to the business and to the bank overall by applying deep and broad business acumen </li> <li>Ability to coach and train team during audit execution.</li> </ul> <p><br /> <b>Required Skills:</b></p> <ul> <li> Bachelor's or Master's Degree </li> <li>Minimum of 3-5 experience in Audit, Business Control, Finance, Compliance, Risk or other related experience</li> <li>Excellent project management, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities; Able to develop and convey a point of view</li> <li>Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude. Able to thrive in a dynamic team environment </li> <li>Highly motivated self starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines. Individual with desire to learn and teach others, high energy, positive attitude</li> <li>Creative thinker who can map out creative solutions and lead their implementation.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with dedication to superior service. </li> <li>PC proficiency, including spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software applications</li> <li>Strong communication skills (written and verbal) </li> <li>Able to travel as needed </li> </ul> </div>
