JOB DESCRIPTION :
Full time Perm employment opportunity salary range of $65-80/year depending on experience.
Comprehensive Benefits Package with PTO

Shift A: Mon-Thurs 6a-6p
Shift B: Mon-Thurs 6p-6a
Shift C: Fri-Mon 6a-6p
The Automation Technician is responsible for providing technical expertise and support on engineering projects for automotive The primary focus of this position will be Programmable Logic Controls (PLC), process control and instrumentation automation. Primary duties include:

Troubleshoot PLC issues (Siemens preferred)
Troubleshoot and setup devices (VFDs, servo motors, motor drives, sensors)
Read electrical drawings
Setup Communication Networks and devices (Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus)
Documenting processes and maintaining service records
Automotive experience
Additional Competencies:

JIT experience (plus)
Shifts Flexibility (plus)
Robot touch up (not starting from scratch) for Fanuc, ABB, or Kuka (plus)
Education:

Associate degree Mechanical or Electrical (preferred)

Experience

Years of experience (3 years min required)

The Employee is aware and ensures the respect of the Internal Rules, Code of Ethics and Management Code applicable in the establishment to which she/he is assigned.

As an employee, you are also required to:

Secure internal control with the support of financial controller and finance network
Abide by the Faurecia Code of Ethics. The code is summarised as below:
o Respect for fundamental rights.
o Development of economic and social dialogue.
o Development of skills.
o Ethics and business conduct.
