This resource will support the CI/CD pipeline using multiple tools such as Azure DevOps, Github, Jira, JEE, .Net, Visual Studio, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Xebia Labs Release, Xebia Labs Deploy, and Rational Team Concert.

 Experience needed in:

• Azure DevOps – 10 years or more

• GitHub/Git – 10 years

• Jira – 10 years

• Visual Studio – 10 years

• Jenkins – 10 years

• Xebia Labs – 10 years

• Linux and Windows – 15 years

• Knowledge of SDLC

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of Source Control Methodologies or Software Configuration Management Patterns.

 The Product Specialist will be expected to lead, participate in, or complete the following:

• Deliver software releases into high environments through validation and operational gating to internal and external customers.
• Review the current release process and propose changes to achieve a more efficient release management lifecycle.
• Scale releases through automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• Define and manage deployment readiness and the success criteria of each deployment/release.
• Communicate the deployment/release schedule, release artifacts, priorities, and status to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate releases with internal stakeholders.
• Champion best practices and quality standards.
• Participate in functional and technical meetings throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with Product Management and Support to ensure timely and effective client communication about upcoming deployments and upgrades.
• Analyze release activities and provide feedback to Operations and Software Development teams on gaps and resiliency concerns.

 Years of Relevant Experience: 9 plus years

Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study

 All roles specified in PS4 plus the following:

• Responsible for functioning as the Technical SME on an enterprise-wide system. Responsible for implementations of products/services that involves significant State and federal oversight.
• Provide direct technical expertise to Executive applications
