Role: Software Engineer Location: Mountain View, CA Duration: Long Term Client: TechM//Google Domain: - Familiarity with Authentication, Authorization concepts and protocols - Familiarity with Kubernetes and deploying microservices on public clouds - [nice to have] Familiarity with GSuite APIs (e.g. Directory API) - [nice to have] Familiarity with GCP Tech stack: - Golang, Node.js - GCP, Kubernetes - Database technologies (MySQL, deployed on GCP Cloud SQL) For front end/web development: - Full stack backend and web development - [nice to have] Familiarity w/ Vue.js Project Description: It is a Groups management system built atop Google Groups (using GSuite public APIs). It comprises a Golang backend, a MySQL database (using GCP Cloud SQL), and a Node.js frontend, all deployed on GCP. Needs: - Implement new features to support existing users. - Maintain infrastructure and make periodic releases. - Design and implement migration path to Okta (expected Jan 2023 onwards).
