BA Oracle Fusion exp needed with Federal Client in Quantico VA Remote available Apply
SCOPE:
The scope of this conract is FMS maintenance and support for Oracle Fusion. This includes, but not limited to software and technical integration and training for both.
Business Analyst staff with application knowledge to troubleshoot, test, resolve, and train Client functional and technical staff members:
a) Coordinate with Client functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze application errors to diagnose root cause.
b) Provide application configurations as necessary in appropriate testing environments for business team review and approval.
c) Provide report troubleshooting and training where applicable.
d) Coordinate production configuration changes and verification of issue resolution.
e) Mentor functional staff to better understand support setup and management.
f) Provide training sessions and work with Client staff to document material for future reference.
