Shift: 2nd shift Monday to Wednesday 4pm to 4am and Thursdays 4pm to 10pm Pay: $13.50 per hour Job Description: | |||
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WORKING IN A FAST-PACED TEAM ENVIRONMENT YOU'LL FOLLOW LEADS DIRECTIONS. YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE DUMPING PRETZELS WHILE DESALTING THEM FOR THE MIXING PROCESS. AFTER THE MIXING PROCESS YOU'LL PAN AND PLACE ON RACKS TO START THE BAKING PROCESS. ONCE BAKING PROCESS IS FINISHED YOU WILL DUMP THE FINISHED PRODUCT AND HAVE AVAILABLE FOR THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT. IN THE PRODUCTION SIDE YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE RETRIEVING FINISHED BAKED PRODUCT TO LOAD THE HOPPERS FOR TWO BAGGING MACHINES, BAGGING, SEALING, BOXING AND RUNNING. ANY OTHER TASKS CAN BE ASSIGNED BY SHIFT LEADS THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT. HOPPER: LOADING THE HOPPER FOR THE TWO MACHINES. BAGGER: BAGGING THE PRODUCT INTO CORRECT SIZE BAGS BY HAND AND/OR MACHINE. SEALER: SEALING THE BAGS THAT THE BAGGER PRODUCES BOXER: CORRECTLY BOXING PRODUCT AND PUTTING THEM ONTO PALLETS FOR RUNNER. RUNNER: BUILDING BOXES, RETRIEVING BAGS FOR BAGGERS, RETRIEVING PRETZELS FOR HOPPER, AND RUNNING FINISHED PALLETS TO SHIPPING.
EACH SHIFT WILL HAVE ITS OWN SET OF CLEANING ROUTINES AS WELL AS OTHER SMALL JOBS THROUGHOUT THE DAY. YOU WILL BE CROSS-TRAINED IN ALL DEPARTMENTS. |
