Job Title Banking Marketing Operations

Description:

Agile Marketing Program Manager to work at the center of the Marketing Operations Team, supporting the Agile program, process and tool management for the Agile marketing teams. This position is a hybrid agile marketing operations and project manager role. Looking for someone who has experience with Jira/Confluence and is resourceful, adaptive and able to lead in an ambiguous, fast changing environment. Knowledge of marketing and/or operations will be a great asset. Job responsibilities include:

Program management support including meeting facilitation when needed and documentation of key action items, decisions and notes

Light Scrum meeting facilitation reviewing dashboards occasionally in Scrum of Scrums (S2) meeting, Marketing Operations stand-ups.

Budget administration including opening and increasing purchase orders

~25% Pod scrum/project management support as needed for leads management team and or investor pod

Agile program support as needed including gathering process requirements for new tooling or workflows, supporting Agile program documentation and facilitation of updates.

Support Marketing Leadership with the creation and management of Jira Dashboards, Roadmaps and Reporting

Support Agile Coach with Jira tasks, bulk uploads and Confluence documentation

Monitor program effectiveness across Marketing Operations function and on-going metrics and recommendations for program health and transformation.

Process management support as needed.

Support Marketers with planning, creating and managing JIRA issues within the Agile Marketing pods.

Conduct training for employees and new hires on JIRA and Confluence regarding how to use the tools, new functionality, etc.

Assist with creating and maintaining detailed documentation for tooling, taxonomy and marketing processes.

Resolve issues as they arise with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with Agile Coach and Enterprise Agile. Required Skills:

10+years collective experience in marketing, marketing operations, agile and JIRA/Confluence.

Knowledge of Agile principles, mindset and ceremonies (e.g. Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework).

Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience.

Software: Atlassian suite (Jira, Advanced Roadmap plans, (Portfolio), Confluence), Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across marketing.

Ability to collaborate and manage diverse groups of stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem solving and process implementation skills.

Understanding of project management fundamentals to ensure requirements are identified and resources aligned.

Light change management skills with a mindset for empathy and strong listening skills.
