CorTech International, LLC is excited to be expanding and moving into the North Central Delaware market.

The Branch Manager is managing and driving revenue while leading a team of recruiters / account managers with the goal to be a trusted partner for each client and in the community. To achieve this, the role combines management with business development / sales, account manager, marketing, recruiting and customer service that is client focus and results-driven. It starts with listening to the voice of the client through relationships.

The Branch Manager is responsible for prospecting, cultivating, fostering, maintaining and growing relationships with clients, associates, and candidates in local geographical markets and communities. Responsible for growing and driving revenue by developing new business, prospecting, negotiating agreements and contracts, client relationship management (daily or weekly), seeking and asking for new business, presenting and partnering with clients to create solutions and answers, recruiting qualified vetted candidates, market CorTech and client’s jobs to the community.

Understand and determine clients' staffing needs and then develop recruiting strategies to deliver talent and satisfying results. Vetting candidates to matching vocational and soft skills of candidates to assist clients with developing the best workforce. Build and maintain relationships with the CorTech workforce while deployed on assignments at CorTech’s clients. Responsible for executing and maximizing CorTech’s recruiting tools and operational methodology, while implementing market strategies to further develop local market share and presence while increasing CorTech revenue for assigned markets or areas of responsibility.

Essential Job Functions for Branch Manager:
• Development relationships with prospects, clients and local industry leaders using many different avenues ranging from cold calling, networking events, referrals, etc.
• Partner and work with clients to create solutions to their workforce and staffing challenges
• Interact with clients’ key representatives weekly, or daily if needed
• Listen to the client, determine needs, analyze options and then collaborate to develop long-term solutions
• Present, consult and discuss local market trends and CorTech offerings and solutions
• Create and execute recruiting and marketing strategies to deliver talent to satisfy to the client’s workforce or talent needs
• Understand the client’s workforce needs and environment to ensure safety
• Negotiate, finalize and close new or expand existing business for CorTech.
• Translate client needs and job duties into descriptions that drive candidates and talent to CorTech
• Provide client additional information and/or data as requested to continue to build bridges of trust and to be viewed as the expert
• Forecast and build talent pipelines to better service client’s future talent demands.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client’s issues to provide best in class customer service
• Utilize PowerRecruiter to enter, maintain, and manage open job orders, as well as mine and blast to candidates
• Market job openings and find business prospects by using resume mining and blasting methodologies in various social media tools (i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Responsible for the interview and onboarding process – i.e., screening applicants and interviewing potential hires, making recommendations for placement, creating offer letters, conducting reference checks, background screening & drug tests, conducting orientation and ensuring all new hire paperwork has been completed correctly for compliance
• Responsible for compiling, submitting, validate, and correcting payroll data to be submitted to Payroll
• Responsible for employee maintenance, i.e., checking in with the contractor, communicating and enforcing CorTech policies around payroll, attendance, safety, and other associate programs, and terminations
• Identify new sales and recruiting opportunities by researching new sources for talent, cultivating relationships with industry professionals and networking
• Identify new client sales opportunities to assist in growing CorTech’s local, regional and/or international growth strategies
• Represent CorTech at public events, such as job fairs, professional organizations, networking groups, and community job outreach programs
• Provide recruiting and sourcing support as requested across various accounts, markets and/or skill sets
• Provide first-class customer service and responsiveness to clients and workforce
• Partner with Corporate Departments in providing information and documents as requested.
• Work as a team to deliver overall client satisfaction that results in market share growth

Requirements for Branch Manager:
• Results-driven
• Previous Sales and Business Development Experience B2B, prefer service industry
• Loves to interact with the public using all mediums of communications
• Listening & analytical skills
• Problem-solving
• College Degree, or related work experience
• 3+ years of previous work experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and/or Customer Service preferred in Service Industry or Staffing Preferred
• Previous Branch Management or Account Management experience of $5M+
• Previous Prospecting and cold-calling experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with others in-person and via phone and email
• Knowledge of basic computer operation and peripheral use is essential
• Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Ability to negotiate and influence the opinions or decisions of others (e.g. customers, employees, staff)
• Ability to multitask and/or switch back and forth between two or more tasks
• Must be flexible with work hours
