Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced P&L Head for Regional Sales Head to lead our Freight Forwarding business in [Region]. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and revenue growth of the region, managing the P&L of the region, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
Monitor and analyze the P&L of the region to ensure profitability and identify opportunities for improvement.Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Report regularly to senior management on the performance of the region and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing P&L for 4 years.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry and market trends.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
