CorTech is seeking to hire a Director of Brand & Marketing Insights for our client in Nashville, TN!
No Healthcare Experience Needed
6 Month+ Contract,Temp to Perm Opportunity!
Must be local to Nashville, TN as this is a hybrid role


Brand & Marketing Insights

This role will report to the AVP, Brand Strategy & Development, will serve as a source of current and actionable insights on company's priority audiences (ex. healthcare consumers, physicians, colleagues/candidates, payers, government/regulatory), markets, and service lines, play a key role in leading organizational understanding of these audiences and market dynamics, and develop and share insights related to the health of company and its brands. The role will plan and execute against a broad research agenda, inclusive of brand and service line marketing and brand reputation management. Grounded in primary and secondary brand and market research, this role will identify innovative ways to connect with priority audiences, and will collaborate with cross-functional brand, operations and marketing teams to execute against an established agenda. This person must quickly develop strong working relationships with marketing, brand operations, and other internal leadership teams across the organization in order to fuel a culture rooted in decision-making with our key audiences at the center.



Key Competencies:

Serve as the source of audience-specific research and insights for the organization; displaying a deep knowledge of our business, our audiences, and the impact of their decisions as related to company growth and business and care objectives.
Build close relationships with stakeholders across multiple lines of business to ensure the insights and research agenda closely aligns with and informs current and future business needs.
Synthesize insights from multiple data sources to deliver comprehensive and cohesive insights to leadership and teams.
Partners with leadership across marketing and corporate affairs, brand, operations, clinical, and sales teams to ensure the insights and research agenda closely aligns with current and future business needs, and informs growth strategies and lifecycle/annual planning.
Development of and execution against an insights agenda including scalable research, insights deliverables, presentations, stakeholder meetings, vendor business ownership, division interaction, status reporting and appropriate follow up.
Regularly deliver strategic insights and recommendations related to: messaging, audience positioning, brand positioning, brand reputation, creative preference, service line selection, loyalty, advocacy, operations, patient experience, retention, and general consumerism, among others.
Closely collaborate with Marketing Analytics team to track and report of brand health; identify themes and correlation between insights and other company data sources and align on measurement frameworks and KPIs
Identifies and recommends new approaches to consumer understanding, including tools and technology solutions, vendor partnerships, research methodologies, audience selection, data visualization, segmentation and study frequency.
Acts as the business owner for external market research partners; guiding their work, outlining expectations, and continually working to optimize our research processes and produce better output.
Strategic development and deployment of an on-demand insights sharing solution, inclusive of technology exploration in collaboration with external and internal partners.
Liaison for 15 divisions to ensure knowledge sharing of data and insights, and promote cohesion in hospital/division service line marketing efforts.
Enthusiastically take on new challenges as needed to further the Marketing & Corporate Affairs agenda.


Professional:

Client delivery and executive facing experience strongly preferred.
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills; with a focus on the ability to influence.
Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to pull actionable insights from data.
Demonstrated ability to convey ideas and information clearly, concisely and persuasively.
Must demonstrate flexibility, good judgement and attention to detail.
Experience in using data visualization programs: PowerPoint, Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI, etc.
Ability to work independently on strategic issues with a large variety of internal clients.
Must show drive and self-direction for learning, growth, coaching and development.
Excellent organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to oversee a team and delegate work effectively.


Communication:

Provide excellent client management skills.
Excellent presentation skills.


Requirements:

Bachelors in research or data analytics, marketing, business, healthcare or related field is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Healthcare industry knowledge desired.
10+ years relevant work experience.
5+ years management experience
