Job Description: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.

-Previous experience with an executive, Supporting large Team and executives 
-Microsoft internal took experience 
-MSFT suite 
-Customer service

Looking for long term support, High paced team and working closely with executive leaders and supporting a large US based team.

Experience over degrees
Must show steady work history 
organized, ability to communicate and support large team, adaptable, experienced with MSFT suite, booking travel experience, onboarding/offboarding experience, managing equipment orders. 

Heavy Calendaring 3+
Customer Service – executive level experience – approachable 3+
Organizational skills
