Detailed Job Description:

  • Require someone with good documentation skills to create or update documentation tied to applications currently under my responsibility.
  • This documentation takes the form of a PowerPoint deck with 5 15 slides covering each of the major governance aspects of the application.
  • Examples of these aspects include a Summary Narrative, core workflows, privacy review details, data retention updates, etc.
  • Generally, the work requires the ability to create or update general Office documents like Word or Excel and present (embed) them within a PowerPoint slide deck.
  • Excellent oral and written English should be skillsets brought to the task.
  • The ability to take an oral conversation and walk through with someone and turn it into a clear narrative is essential.
  • Familiarity with technologies or the SDLC in general is beneficial but not required.
  • Skills Set:

    • Must have Microsoft Office experience (PowerPoint, Excel/Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Product info.
      )
    • Must Have good experience creating/updating documentation.
    • Must have good communication skill
    • Must have Summary Narrative, core workflows, privacy review details, data retention updates
