Business Analyst Location:Santa clara (Remote till covid) Detailed JD: Expertise in Healthcare domain - Clinical research area End to end product management responsibilities. Will be Product owner for the project. Understanding customer requirements, and able to convert them to product specific requirements Able to talk to customer in the language that they bring in discussions Statistical knowledge on clinical research and algorithms will be an added advantage Able to communicate requirements to offshore and get a quick understanding Ability to bridge the gap between the offshore team and customer team Decision making capabilities to get the proper planning in place to meet the customer expectations Ability to work in shifts/offshore overlap Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices Strong communication skills
