<p><strong>This role is contract to hire and Hybrid Model with 2 days onsite. </strong></p> <p><strong>Please submit candidates for this role with a headshot (Photo) on their resume. </strong></p> <p><strong>Description:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams.\</li> <li>Work directly with appropriate personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach. </li> <li>Take assigned project from original concept through final implementation. </li> <li>Define project scope and objectives. </li> <li>Create and maintains project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. </li> <li>This includes documenting, prioritizing and tracking requests (changes, enhancements, etc.) Conduct project meetings. </li> <li>Meet with project team(s) regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines. </li> <li>Meet with appropriate personnel for periodic reviews of prototypes and final products. Provide single point of contact for assigned projects.</li> </ul>
