<p> </p> <p><strong>This role is complete onsite from Day 1.</strong></p> <p><strong>Summary:</strong><br /> This position is responsible for managing and supporting the Audio-Visual needs for C-Level meetings and events. Responsibilities include daily setup and testing of onsite executive video conference rooms, remote conference rooms, and virtual conferencing platforms. Deliver high-quality content and experience via cloud-based platforms such as Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc. often in high-pressure situations. This role is ideal for a self-starter, with good time management and who has previously worked with executive teams.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meet with executive teams to gather requirements and details for meetings and live events.</li> <li>Interface with users and event coordinators on-site and remote regarding specific situations and clarify event requirements</li> <li>Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment</li> <li>Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish day-to-day goals and perform a variety of tasks.</li> <li>Support high-profile video conferencing meetings and tests configurations prior to start of conference.</li> <li>Setup, operate and maintain equipment used to enhance video conferencing (VTC), such as display monitors, microphones, speakers, video codec systems, audio</li> <li>systems, projectors, lighting, computers.</li> <li>Operate software to control and monitor AV technologies</li> <li>Maintenance and repairs of AV equipment as needed (upgrade systems, firmware, software etc.)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications or Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors preferred or equivalent work experience</li> <li>Minimum three years of direct work experience with AV and video teleconferencing solutions and technologies</li> <li>Crestron DM and RL experience</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Zoom, Poly, Cisco, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or Third-Party SIP products, operational activities, and engineering</li> <li>Understanding of and ability to troubleshoot signal paths for audio and video</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret AV drawings</li> <li>Experience with networked AV technology</li> <li>Customer support experience via a help desk/service desk model</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting a wide range of IT problems</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10) and applications (Office 2016, O365), Mac, iOS operating systems</li> <li>Solid understanding of networking concepts, including streaming codecs, video compression technology, video editing, real-time communications (WebRTC, VoIP, SIP, H.323)</li> <li>Ability and desire to provide extraordinary customer service to internal customers</li> <li>Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment</li> <li>Strong verbal and written interpersonal communications skills and ability to deal effectively with customers, peers, and management.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.</li> <li>Analytical and risk assessment abilities.</li> <li>Ability to lift 50lbs or more</li> <li>AVIXA/CTS, Crestron, Extron, Cisco, and/or Microsoft Certifications are a plus</li> </ul>
