• Nice to Have Skills:
o Ability to relate to Operations employees and their supervisors, managers, and directors.
o An infectious safety-first mindset that can reinforce the corporate safety message behind the scenes in a less formal setting.

• High Level Position Overview:
o Managing safety and environmental training programs and training records.
o Designing and maintaining SharePoint sites for managing documents and facilitating collaboration.
o Coordinating hearing test program and managing employee records.
o Coordinating respirator fit tests and any necessary medical exams.
o Tracking environmental and safety incidents and producing statistics and associated metrics.
o Managing OSHA 300 logs and ensuring timely filings.
o Interfacing with employees and providers on workers compensation claims.
o Managing DOT driver records including drug and alcohol testing programs.
o Assisting Environmental Specialists with submittals and recordkeeping.

• What makes this position unique or exciting?
o The variety of work including routine interaction with coworkers and third parties.

• Preferred Years of Experience:
o 4 – 5 years in a role of increasing responsibility.
