Boston Consulting is mature on Workday Core HCM (Talent & Performance, Comp and Absence) and they utilize Extend to its fullest capabilities. They are seeking a strong Workday HCM/Talent & Performance Functional Consultant to work with their Workday internal team as a result of a recent resignation. The desired candidate should have strong Core HCM and Talent & Performance experience (Prior Certification desired) and should have a consulting background. The candidate will not be coding in Extend but should understand it from a functional perspective. This job is 100% remote and initial length is 4 months with the potential to extend.
Must Haves (Listed in descending order):
- Workday Talent & Performance (prior certification desired)
- Workday Core HCM (prior certification desired)
- Prior Consulting experience.
