Role: Business Systems Analyst (Surf Systems Administration)
Duration: 6 months+
Location: Remote/Santa Clara, CA
W2 Candidates

Duties

Be creative, innovative and design thinking to enable and improve Source to Pay business processes through new or enhanced products / tools, systems integrations

Provide production support and enable system enhancements

Display your strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of people

Apply your ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and must be able to manage multiple requests at the same time

Work with Strong team players; Demonstrate your ability to lead peers in accomplishment of common goals

Partner with the business to clearly communicate product benefits on projects and enhancements

Be a trusted advisor and provide technical consulting services to the Source to Pay global team.

Partner with the vendor, architecture, dev to build/test best in class solutions

Work with Business Application Owners, Users and IT to understand requirements and identify approaches to meet their needs.

Partner with the release team to initiate change management processes to schedule system changes and to ensure each is appropriately authorized, tested, approved and implemented with clearly defined back-out plans in case of failure.

Skills

ServiceNow Systems Administration Certification a plus

A value-add, business partnering mindset, with an energy to strive for continuous improvement and best practice in a collaborative environment.

Highly motivated and driven with keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a self-managed environment

Experience with Reporting and dashboard creation a plus.

Superior analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills, quick learner of new technologies.

Able to work independently with limited supervision as well as effectively as a collaborative team player.

Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust for effective working relationships across organizations.

Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language including the ability to tailor approach based on audience and message

Education

BA/BS degree in Information Systems or related discipline required

8 plus years of combined business systems analysis experience with a minimum of 2 years ServiceNow applications experience

3 to 4 years' experience in source to pay business processes.

Knowledge of SAP is plus.
