Business Technology Analyst
Lead Provider lifecycle workflow strategy, collaborating with business and other IT teams to ensure domain strategy meets business goals Understand the business, including business needs, IT solutions in place and integration points Cultivate a good working relationship with stakeholders, internal IT teams and external suppliers. Analyze current system architecture and environments and existing SOPs. Interact IT teams to understand current design, system activities and challenges. Conduct focus groups and discussions to gather requirements. Develop and manage detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements. Develop and manage detailed data flow and system integration requirements. Facilitate requirements prioritization. Collaborate with Testing team to determine success / acceptance criteria. Work with business partner to support user acceptance testing (UAT) in identifying success / acceptance criteria. Participate in solution architecture/ design discussions and confirm alignment with requirements. Serve as a resource to project managers as needed.
**Desirable Qualifications:** - Experience using Salesforce - Experience in agile project management - Valid certification from Scrum Master Program. - Utility, Power, Energy Industry experience is highly preferable. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
