Business Technology Analyst Apply
· Lead Provider lifecycle workflow strategy, collaborating with business and other IT teams to ensure domain strategy meets business goals · Understand the business, including business needs, IT solutions in place and integration points · Cultivate a good working relationship with stakeholders, internal IT teams and external suppliers. · Analyze current system architecture and environments and existing SOPs. · Interact IT teams to understand current design, system activities and challenges. · Conduct focus groups and discussions to gather requirements. · Develop and manage detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements. · Develop and manage detailed data flow and system integration requirements. · Facilitate requirements prioritization. · Collaborate with Testing team to determine success / acceptance criteria. · Work with business partner to support user acceptance testing (UAT) in identifying success / acceptance criteria. · Participate in solution architecture/ design discussions and confirm alignment with requirements. · Serve as a resource to project managers as needed.
**Desirable Qualifications:** - Experience using Salesforce - Experience in agile project management - Valid certification from Scrum Master Program. - Utility, Power, Energy Industry experience is highly preferable. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology
