What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment?
Digital Products - Mobile/Portal
- Stability and Reliability Engineering
- Availability and Performance Monitoring
- Develop/update technical documentation and diagrams, user journeys


Is this person a sole contributor or part of a team? Part of a Team
If so, please describe the team? ClientRx Digital, 4 on/off shore peers, 10+ indirect peers.

What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background, etc.)? Experience in e-commerce, digital products (Web, Mobile etc), application and infrastructure experience

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?
- Availability and Performance Monitoring
o Participate in high-priority war rooms and summarize/provide updates to key stakeholders
o Assist with incident/problem RCA and identification of trends
o Identify key performance indicators and leverage monitoring tools to track trending/deviation from baselines
o Participate in pre-release performance/load testing as a technical SME, using KPIs to assess performance against baselines
o Provide input and data analysis on a weekly/monthly basis for a set of services within the digital portfolio

- Stability and Reliability Engineering
o Assess and monitor overall application stability and performance, providing insight to areas for potential improvement
o Identify risk areas and work collaboratively to address and remediate
o Monitor infrastructure capacity and performance, track the remediation of enterprise identified security vulnerabilities
o Support technology modernization efforts, providing insights on opportunities for automation and optimization

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
Microsoft Office
Dynatrace
Splunk
Various open-source monitoring
Data Analysis

What skills/attributes are a must have?
A self-starter who takes initiative and is an excellent critical thinker.
Problem solving, data analysis, ability to navigate multiple workstreams/priorities
Familiar with Infrastructure and Application Development

What skills/attributes are nice to have?
Previous Client experience

Where is the work to be performed?
Remote

What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc)
8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Central; Some night/Weekends depending on season or releases

What does the interview process look like?
a. How many rounds? 1-2 initial and final
b. Video vs. phone? Phone
c. How technical will the interviews be? We will ask technical questions as it relates to their experience.. meaning if they say they have experience in a technology we will ask technical questions.
