This position will pertain to monitoring the machinery and conduct regular quality checks to ensure machinery is running properly and parts are being produced according to specific specifications on each order. Detail accuracy is crucial to our production so all must have attention to detail and be focused on their work.Primary Duties listed above will also require experience with: Utilize the knowledge and experience with reading and interpret blueprints prior to production /set-up Program machines exactly to prints step by step manually Program machines exactly to prints step by step manually Utilize all parts of machine to run and produce products to specifications of each print provided by the client Manual change of parts to match dimensions on prints for each phase step by step in production Inspect parts and making offsets and changes as required to maintain exact production to clients prints Running production at proper time frame for each product is custom made at a timely schedule Inspect all tools and machinery and replace as required needed Keeping maintenance with fluids and tools needed for each machine and keeping a clean work area
