Qualifications:
This site uses Kronos for timekeeping. Required Qualifications: - High School degree, GED or equivalent - 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing in a Quality capacity - Excellent attention to detail - Experience with precision measuring equipment (calipers, CMM, height stand, etc.) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Maintain high attendance standards - Ability to strictly adhere to written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities:
The Quality Technician/Inspector will provide product inspection support to multiple facets of the manufacturing operation including but not limited to: Shipping & Receiving, Calibration, In-Process Inspections, Customer Required Over-Inspections, Final Inspections. Part inspections will entail use of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) hardware and software. Proficient CMM use and programming skills are required for the position. Essential functions include: - Perform final inspection on completed manufacturing products using various precision measuring equipment. - Program and operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). - Assists in the preparation, completion, and submission of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR). - Ensures manufactured parts conform with all customer requirements through the completion of detailed inspection plans/reports. Identifies and segregates all non-conforming parts found during product inspection through the completion of non-conforming material reports. - Assists with customer required “over-inspection” activities in conjunction with the shipping department and master schedule. - Contribute to team effort by performing other supporting tasks as directed by the Quality Manager.
