Pay Rate: $17.50

Customer Service Representative for our Spider Call Center team in Tukwila, WA.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service to Spider customers and branches by accurately entering orders, providing information and resolving problems.

Essential Functions

Answers telephone calls from Spider customers and branches
Routes callers to branch personnel or other departments as necessary
Enters all orders into computer system, coordinates shipments, track orders and advise customers of order status.
Creates rental contracts and all other order related documents
Generates invoices and issues credits to customers
Resolves order problems.
Provides parts identification and basic product information to customers and branches.
Communicates order status and production problems to appropriate personnel.
Monitors product availability and coordinates with planning, purchasing and production to meet current and anticipated customer needs.
Manages customer contracts.
Performs other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years customer service background
Strong listening and verbal communication skills with various customer types.
Willing to work overtime on a regular basis, sometimes unscheduled.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent phone presence and customer service skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding attention to detail and decision making abilities
Good project management skills in a multi-tasking environment
Demonstrated initiative and appropriate independent problem solving
Ability to participate and cooperate in a team-oriented environment, and work independently
Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
Experience with ERP or MRP systems, JD Edwards knowledge preferred
Strong MSOffice Suite skills, AS/400 skills/background able to key 55+ WPM.
