Description:

Seeking an agile and well-rounded Channel Marketing Manager to act a key contributor in the Performance Marketing function.

This role will report into the Director, Channel Marketing.

You will execute on plans/strategies, implementation and management of digital marketing campaigns across channels for our multiple business units, segments and sectors.

A full toolbox of technical and creative skills, plus a working knowledge of all marketing channels and communication platforms, will be your key to success.

You are a proven digital marketing manager who possesses a start-up mentality and can quickly uncover new opportunities to optimize and build, takes ownership of key tools, and aligns and organizes with cross-functional teams toward one mission.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Channel Marketing Strategists and Marketing Analytics experts to gather targeting requirements within respective channel (e.g. email list, targeting parameters for media or social)

Collaborate with Content, Marketing Technology, and Marketing Analytics teams to guide tool set up for execution

Design channel activities in respective tool (e.g. user flow design, A/B testing development, post-execution reporting & optimization preparation (e.g. tagging))

Perform robust testing across channels

Execute initiatives in respective channel: web, email, print, direct mail, social media and remaining channels

Monitor and measure channel activities and provide insights & feedback for optimization efforts that will influence programs and initiatives

Provide feedback (brief and business requirements) regarding tool capabilities & limitations and execution experience

Organize, promote and track channel effectiveness

Lead digital marketing campaigns, where you will create, execute and support a multi-channel strategy that drives towards achieving business growth

Ensure proper execution and optimization of marketing/engagement initiatives across paid, owned and earned media channels, including the design and launch of creative and experiences

Track and monitor metrics, recommend enhancements to existing strategies and tactics to optimize programs, initiatives and demand generation

Distribute content across channels meet client needs, and work with Content to test new content.

Support the Channel Marketing Strategists in initiative/campaign planning and ideation (identifying KPIs, developing media plans, and pitching channel-specific strategies).

Experience

5+ years experience executing campaigns and assets in multiple channels, including email, website, SEM and others

5+ years in hands-on paid and/or owned media campaign management in large complex organization

5+ years experience in email execution using Marketo

Experience managing Paid Media and/or owned media campaigns across the major digital marketing platforms

Experience interpreting marketing data to drive decision-making

Deep knowledge of the demand generation and client retention process through the entire client lifecycle

Understanding of digital media advertising and its use in digital marketing with an in-depth knowledge of utilizing the right platforms for placement

Knowledgeable in audience segmentation and A/B testing to drive learning and optimizations
