JOB DESCRIPTION :
Cisco OneVoice Tech needed for a 4+ Month Contract in St. Petersburg, FL!

The candidate, as a part of the DSR Technician Team, will assist the Client Site Lead with the DSR (Detailed Station Report) phase of a Cisco VoIP migration project. The candidate will be responsible for working with the team to acquire detailed data and information of the clients’ end-users. The candidate will attend daily team meetings with the Client Team Leadership for reporting and submission of acquired data and information.
• Local candidates only
• No travel or food reimbursements
• Standard working days and hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM (1-hour lunch)
• Afterhours and weekend work, as needed

General Requirements:
• Follow instructions and directions from team leadership
• Work in a team environment, displaying commitment to professionalism and punctuality
• Handle client with ‘White-Glove’ customer service skills and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and expediently, while maintaining highest quality standards
• Follow designated chain of command with any process or procedural queries
• Have no inherent health ailments or issues not allowing continuous squatting and walking
• Always present themselves in Business causal, jeans, tennis shoes, hats, etc. are not allowed
• Fundamental understanding of HIPPA Act (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
• Candidate will commit to this project, only if they can work the documented/assigned hours
• Zero tolerance for being late and/or leaving early due to other job commitments
• Candidate must pass both background and drug screens
• Be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Technical Experience Requirements:
• Read and navigate multi-floor building floor plans
• Experience with IT projects: Deployment, site survey and data collection
o Cisco voice deployments a plus
o Proficient understanding of telecommunication terms a plus
• Proficient with navigation and functionality of Microsoft Excel tools, commands and options
• Manipulate and edit data within Excel workbooks and spreadsheets
• Familiar with avigation and functions of Adobe Acrobat tools, commands and options
• Understanding of analog, digital, and network telecommunications technologies

Physical Requirements:
• Read printed, small-font floor plans with no issues
• Stand, squat, and walk long hours with no physical ailments (foot, ankle, knee, back, etc)
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Required Hardware/Software (we do not provide):
• Laptop able to maintain operational charge for at least 4 continuous hours (no tablets)
• Windows 7 or newer
• Adobe Acrobat v10 or newer
• Microsoft Office v2010 or newer (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• USB Flash Drive – 4 GB minimum
