Class A Shuttler Driver
CorTech Staffing is seeking a CDL driver for a local Franklin, WI Manufacturing company.
$27.80/hr +$2.00 shift differential
6pm-6am 2-2-3 schedule
Temp-to-Hire
This position will be driving between the company warehouse and manufacturing facility. About 1/4 of a mile between facilities. It does require a Class A CDL license.
Responsibilities and Duties
Organize and fill out delivery reports
Prepare truckload manifests and deliver products while abiding by load safety, DOT, and general safe driving guidelines
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of assigned vehicles, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and complete vehicle inspection log
Qualifications and Skills
HS degree / GED
Class A* CDL with hazmat and air brakes endorsements
Safe driving record as exhibited by state MVR reports
Mentally alert with ability to communicate in English and effectively plan
Basic mathematical skills
Read road signs from a distance and text that is close up
