Role: Clinical Imaging Data Analyst (PyDICOM) Duration: Long term contract Location: SFO, CA (Client is going onsite but they opting the hybrid model so looking for someone who can relocate in SFO, can consider remote in exception case)   Clinical Imaging Data Analyst (PyDICOM)   Job Description/Requirement As a Clinical Imaging Data Analyst (PyDICOM), you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:  Work with scientists, contractors, and IT staff to understand business data requirements Coordination of transfers of clinical imaging data from outside sources using a variety of data transfer options such as cloud platforms, Box.com, or Aspera Direct communication with outside vendors and in-house staff to reconcile data transfer problems Organization and curation of data in highly structured cloud platforms to facilitate advanced image analysis Develop Python scripts for automating data ingestion, curation, QC, analysis Support data integration efforts across diverse data sources Prepare image data in support of algorithmic development and data workflows Continually search for opportunities to automate workflows and streamline processes Perform reporting on imaging assets to business stakeholders Documentation of workflows using Google Docs, Confluence, etc.  Mandatory Skills Experience with medical image formats (e.g., DICOM, nifty) Experience with clinical imaging in multiple therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Ophthalmology and Neurology Experience with medical/clinical image data analysis techniques Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Matlab, etc. Experience with database applications Desired Skills Experience with ML/DL Good understanding of clinical trials Excellent communication and presentation Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a similar discipline Master's preferred Technical certifications are desirable
