No preference Additional details: The Oregon Department of Energy is updating its Large Energy Consumer Public Purpose Program (LECPPP) to update the types of eligible projects in the program. Conservation project eligibility will end, and energy efficiency and distribution system-connected technology programs will be added. The current program is running as an ASP.NET application with an Azure SQL database. The new programs will be able to use cloned pages from the ending Conservation program, limiting the need for original code for the new project types. The new project types will be saved to the existing table and will require a few fields added to a few tables. The formula for calculating the Public Purpose charge will be modified. Deliverable Requirements All changes will be a single deliverable. We anticipate changes requiring less than 70 hours. Required changes are reflected in the attached detailed change list and change screenshot document. Description Full-time professional work experience in the development and support of Information Technology applications. Successful completion of an Information Technology Certification program, accredited college and/or graduate training may substitute for the required work experience. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least at least 9 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area.
