- Expertise in Healthcare domain - Clinical research area
- End to end product management responsibilities. Will be Product owner for the project.
- Understanding customer requirements, and able to convert them to product specific requirements
- Able to talk to customer in the language that they bring in discussions
- Statistical knowledge on clinical research and algorithms will be an added advantage
- Able to communicate requirements to offshore and get a quick understanding
- Ability to bridge the gap between the offshore team and customer team
- Decision making capabilities to get the proper planning in place to meet the customer expectations
- Ability to work in shifts/offshore overlap
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
- Strong communication skills
