Overview:

  • The Clinical Trial Operations area is growing and looking for a Clinical Trial Manager. As Clinical Trial Manager (CTM), you will lead one of our clinical trials ensuring that key project deliverables are met with the overall goal of developing new and innovative treatments for cancer.
  • The CTM leads the cross-functional trial team, including CROs, to deliver the clinical trial within budget and timelines and according to quality standards defined by regulations, SOPs and ICH-Google Cloud Platform.
  • The new Clinical Trial Manager will join a highly experienced team will report to the Director, Team Lead, Trial Management.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the clinical operations trial team for the assigned trial and be overall responsible for activities from start-up to reporting of the trial, all in close collaboration with CROs and other stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for securing trial deliverables in a proactive and motivational fashion, through transparent communication and great teamwork throughout all stages of the trial conduct
  • You will ensure proper documentation, record management, risk assessment/management, trial budget management, vendor management as well as sponsor oversight activities
  • Depending on experience, you may act as Clinical Operations representative in Compound Development Teams

Requirements:

  • A BSc or MSc level preferably within the medical, biological, pharmaceutical science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7+ years experience with clinical trial management from a CRO and/or pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience within the field of oncology and/or First In Human trials is preferred
  • Proven skills from working in a project oriented and international matrix organization.
  • 2+ years experience as Clinical Operations representative in Clinical Development Teams or Global Project Teams would be preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
