<p><strong>Note :</strong> Candidates need to be bilingual speaking either Mandarin or Arabic</p> <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>The primary responsibility of the Compliance Specialist is to assist the Senior Compliance Manager with ensuring legal and regulatory requirements are met. Compliance Specialists help implement policies and procedures to ensure that all business units are following federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.</p> <p><strong>Position Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepares compliance reports to present to management</li> <li>Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures</li> <li>Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals</li> <li>A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected</li> <li>Aiding in the development and maintenance of the compliance review programs, monitoring implementation procedures</li> <li>Performing periodic quality assessments and identifying compliance issues, concerns, and deficiencies</li> <li>Conducting investigation activities on complex compliance issues and proposing possible solutions</li> <li>Facilitates compliance-related business process implementation or improvement initiatives</li> <li>Contributes to the establishment of best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Position Skills, Education and Experience required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strategic Thinking</li> <li>Problem Solving/Analysis</li> <li>Keen eye for details</li> <li>Superior time and organizational skills</li> <li>Ability to communicate confidential information; and judge how and with whom this information should be shared</li> <li>Ability to foster a collaborative, customer-oriented working environment</li> <li>Strong communication (both verbal and written) skills</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet frequent deadlines</li> <li>Undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Management preferred with 2-5 years of experience in Compliance Project Management or equivalent</li> <li>3 years of experience in Compliance/Regulatory/Legal experience is preferred</li> </ul>
