<div> <p>Will evaluate critical capacity planning changes and develop analytical and quantitative models that encompass demand and supply, plan and oversee the capacity management and reporting process. Supports the technical analysis of new scaling initiatives and drives the implementation of new capacity reporting strategies and planning changes. Ability to use tools to parse, merge, analyze, and present performance and capacity data. Very strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal presentation and written communications skills. Demonstrated ability to operate independently, set priorities, and manage multiple concurrent work streams. The role requires an analytical, high energy, and results driven individual to provide capacity planning, analysis, and performance management support for the Network infrastructure across all business sectors. Ideal candidate will be capable of multi-tasking on a variety of efforts and responsibilities. This role requires familiarity with the financial / brokerage business sector and understanding of key business and volume drivers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5-7 years' experience with Capacity Management in a large-scale environment.</li> <li>Domain Expertise: Compute, Storage, Networks, Data Center Resource Planning, Application Performance Monitoring.</li> <li>Instrumentation and Tooling:</li> <li>SevOne, NetScout, Splunk, TSCOU</li> <li>Scripting o SNMP performance tools</li> <li>Capacity Planning:</li> <li>Cisco network architecture</li> <li>Various network hardware platforms o Software – LAN/WAN routing</li> <li>Statistical values and Quantitative analysis</li> <li>SQL, Splunk, Python,</li> <li>SAS or R programming, SQL (Medium to advanced)</li> <li>Modeling tools and regression algorithms</li> </ul> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively with other technical staff - including Project Management and Application Development groups.</li> <li>Present analysis results in a clear and concise manner.</li> </ul> </div>
