Initial work will consist of working on material replenishment calculations, setup of material locations and optimization. Monitor line locations for compliance of empty bin pick up, refill and delivery. Ensures that the production personnel have the parts they need in order to produce the desired product. Ensure new Kanban bins and Kits are in place, parts are supplied at 1st usage requirement and old parts are removed from their locations. Maintain the integrity of the Kanban and Kitting process, labeling, parts usage and bin locations by part. Audit's material replenishment cycles and accuracy and may create material replenishment plans with assistance. Counts and resolves inventory errors and may expedite parts to ensure uninterrupted production. Continuously involved on CI Pillar Process ensuring the approach of identifying and prioritizing, optimizing Bottleneck operation projects that will be leading / coaching or mentoring the coach, applying the correct tools (5 Why, A3, DMAIC, JDI, Quick Events, SMED, 6 Sigma, etc). Always driven by the organizational strategies and business needs.

Skills
Safety Awareness Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills (English); use of written and verbal communication skills to work with others. Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Certification Bottleneck and Constraint Optimization MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Office / Minitab / Visio or similar) Systematic thinking, Analytical and problem-solving skills Data Entry Lifting parts less than 35 lbs

Experience
- Experience of lean and continuous improvement methodologies and tools. (3+ years) - Lean Six Sigma Certification (Practitioner) - Kanban & Pull Systems Experience - Experience of Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial engineering department and activities. - Previous experience on production and manufacturing for defect and cycle time reduction - Good understanding of human related implementation issues
