Salary Range - $90,000-$115,000

Using their Experience, contribute to the building of the site and departmental improvement Plans.

Contribute to the definition of the Plant Improvement Plan to achieve the budget

Lead construction and follow up of the excellence deployment plan, to support the Plant Improvement Plan (PIP) execution.

Ensure understanding at plant level of KPIs and the link with P&L results to properly prioritize the excellence plan.

Provide, according to the needs, knowledge and skills to the plant team through training and coaching.

Contribute to the application and /respect of excellence Principles in Programs from design stage (lean process design, MIFD, validation of Equipment design, cardboard workshop activities, Standardized Work ,OHP, process layout, packaging, etc..).

Be an active change agent within his site, by cultivating an excellence mind-set / Lean Manufacturing Concept.

As set within the Site Improvement Plan, support the Management team in the application of methodologies and tools through their active participation on the Shopfloor thus providing training and coaching to Pant personnel.

Principles and Standards: Managers ensure the correct daily usage of the standards; Specialists ensure standards are used.

Transfer their knowledge and experience to Plant Personnel through, in particular, shopfloor improvement activities.

Report to the Plant Manager and liaise with Division Senior FES Specialists to ensure their own knowledge of Group Standards and best practices is developed.

Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
