JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) with subject matter expertise in CLM and government contracts management to join our Enterprise Shared Services (ESS), Information Technology (IT), Application Solutions services team. The Legal and Contracts organizations within the client. are currently utilizing multiple contract management systems resulting in decentralized contract data, duplicative functionality, and various contract management processes. The client will be maturing its contract management capabilities by implementing a single enterprise-level CLM solution. The Senior Manager of CLM's primary responsibilities will be to serve as the lead CLM technical strategist driving the technical strategy, design and implementation of the enterprise CLM solution. Achievement of these responsibilities will be based on subject matter expertise in CLM, a high level of influence and collaboration, and a clear understanding of the critical business issues and success factors. This role will also be responsible to lead the on-going operations and incremental and continuous improvements of the implemented enterprise CLM solution. The Senior Manager of CLM will be a key member of the enterprise CLM solutions leadership team engaging in all aspects of strategy, planning, implementation, and operations, with a specialized expertise in the use of technology as an enabler to achieve business objectives and a competitive advantage, provide an exceptional user experience and ensure operational and cybersecurity compliance.

Experience

  • 21+ Years with HS17+ Years with AA15+ Years with BS13+ Years with MS10+ Years with PhD
  • Demonstrated understanding of CLM solutions through hands-on implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with buy-side and sell-side integrations for a CLM solution, as well as value drivers for such integrations
  • Deep functional and technical professional services experience in designing, configuring, integrating, deploying, and maintaining business software solutions in the areas of CLM/CRM/ERP.
  • Experience in identifying and aligning appropriate IT and Business functional and technical skills and resources necessary to meet CLM strategic goals and business objectives, within prescribed timelines and budgets.
  • Responsible for establishing a CLM solutions and tool training program, operational service support, monitoring, and enhancement plan, and processes for solution governance, quality, operations, administration, and compliance.
  • Takes the initiative to identify CLM service enhancements and/or process improvements by defining the CLM solutions roadmap to drive incremental and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives and technical innovation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading requirements and design (functional and technical)
  • Understanding of US government contract requirements, cyber security policies that govern such contracts, and implications on IT solutions
  • Experience working in project methodologies that include Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to build collaborative working environments.
  • Team player mentality and experience building, maintaining, and growing collaborative relationships with Business Partners and peers in solving business and technical problems.
  • Demonstrated experience in challenging and inspiring others to provide customer centric solutions

This position is based out of Reston VA but is a 100% remote work. The candidate should be within 2 hours of a major BAE Systems facility in order to have US Citizenship validated.
