JOB DESCRIPTION:

Request for contractor support for the CFS and CWSH program. Contractor will help execute daily program operations such as incentive claim review, inspections, and invoice processing. The Specialist must be able to prepare, review, and create documents and reports for accuracy. The Specialist must be able to provide analysis, reconcile discrepancies, and streamline operational and administrative processes to build efficiencies and optimize work processing. The Specialist will support energy efficiency program implementation by performing tasks in monitoring, tracking, and processing of program leads, applications, and invoices towards achieving energy savings and energy demand reduction. Job Responsibilities ·Provide administrative and analytical support·Prepare process documents and presentations·Communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders·Perform onsite, virtual, and email inspections for commercial incentive programs Collect invoices, images, & other relevant documents Record inspection findings·Invoice payment reconciliation, QAQC, and processing Required Experience·Bachelor's degree required·Proficient computer skills required·Salesforce experience preferred·Strong analytical skills·Ability to adhere to protocol·Ability to build collaborative relationships inside and outside organization·Work experience in appliance or equipment rebate programs preferred·Must have excellent command of English language and communication skills·Must be organized and able to handle multiple job assignments with changing priorities·Strong Excel skills·Data processing experience·Attention to detail·Critical thinking and problem solving Licenses & CertificationsBachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field required. Driver's License RequiredPhysical DemandsMust be able to travel to project locations across all five boroughs as requiredMust be able to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs as required
