JOB DESCRIPTION:

 Support controls system design and development for the controls systems in FSBP manufacturing site.

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and document standards for controls systems
  • Define scope and requirements for new controls projects
  • Assess existing systems and prepare plans for improvements
  • Troubleshoot controls related breakdowns and lead resolution activities
  • Manage external contractors to ensure adequate on site support is in place and effective
  • Ensure electrical schematics are maintained as changes are made
  • Identify and document system vulnerabilities and craft mitigation action plans

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Five or greater years of controls engineering or related experience.
  • Experience with PLC programming in an Allen Bradley environment
  • History of working with a variety of drives, flow controllers, weighing systems, proximity sensors, position sensors, and similar field devices
  • Strong knowledge of PLC networking, OT networking, Remote IO, etc
  • Design and development experience for controls systems in a manufacturing environment
