We are looking for an experienced Conv AI Developer with NLP and BSA experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT development and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI applications using natural language processing (NLP) and business system analysis (BSA) techniques
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features
o Write clean, scalable, and testable code
o Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability
o Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards
o Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed
o Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Conv AI development

Requirements:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
o 5-8 years of experience in IT development
o Experience with NLP technologies
o Experience with BSA techniques for requirement gathering and analysis
o Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design, and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
o Proficiency using versioning tools: GIT, GNU, RCS, SCCS, CVS, SVN, Mercurial, Monotone, etc
o In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle
o Proficiency programming in more than one object-oriented programming language; JAVA, Python, Ruby, C++, .Net, Objective-C, React.Js, Node.JS, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, etc
o May include languages such as; Hadoop, Storm, Spark, Kafka, Hive, NFI, Scoop, etc
o May include database knowledge in; SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, dBase, MS Access, etc
o Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio
o Proficiency using debugging tools; Advanced Debugger, Allinea DDT, AQtime, ARM, CA/EZTEST, etc
o Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning algorithms
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
