This role will support the Colleague Engagement Team during the survey administration and results reporting phase by running daily reports and managing and responding to colleague and manager support requests via phone and email.


Job duties:
--Run daily reports in the survey dashboard system
--Provide results and job aids to HR partners and managers in PDF, Excel and Presentation slides
--Manage support emails and calls related to survey access, eligibility, response rates, and other engagement survey questions, escalating to tech support if needed

Requirements:
--Providing customer service over the phone and email for employees at all levels
--Using Excel to enter data, sort and filter data, and create pivot tables and reports
--Upload or download data in any online platform (preferably an employee or customer survey tool)
