To support recruitment staff and reorganization initiatives. Education Requirements:·Associate's Degree plus 3 years relevant experience·Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years relevant experience·High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years relevant experience·Required years of work experience in conjunction with educational degree.Required Skills:·Work experience related to activities for recruiting, resume screening, and using Applicant Tracking Systems to monitor large applicant pools·Experience working with high volume of applicants to fill positions on an ongoing basis in a fast paced environment with multiple moving parts·Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)·Proficient in creating excel spreadsheets with numerous data points (columns) to track and report status on a weekly basis·Agile learner·Assist in conducting new union hire orientations·Strong organizations skills·Razor sharp attention to detail·Accuracy in reporting stats is vital to success in this assignment·Team player·Proven interpersonal skills and ability to drive results through collaboration with stakeholders·Proved track record to meet strict goals and deadlines for deliverables·Able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and remain composed with accuracy in completing work projectsSchedule:Hours: 8am - 4pm
