Hybrid position. Need resource on-site initially with work from home potential a few day's a week

MSI has partnered with a premier Technology company in the Boston Area in their search for a Learning and Development Manager. This role will work with leadership to address training needs for the organization and develop curriculum to effectively increase employee performance.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage a team of trainers who will be responsible for developing training material for new employees as well as existing.
• Work with all levels of the company to understand training requirements.
• Monitor the performance of training programs as well as the training team.
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience in training or similar field.
• A strong work ethic and superior communication skills.
• Project Management experience.
• Ability to lead a team and develop metrics to measure performance on.
