Shift 1Daily Start Time 8:00amDaily End Time 5:00pmWorking Days =Monday - FridayPosition: Customer Service Account ManagerPrimary responsibilities include: customer inquiries, processing orders and purchasing, follow-up on all orders, confirming delivery dates, scheduling shipments and expediting, quoting customers, assisting salespeople as needed and communicating with them regarding customer needs.The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with an ability to organize and follow through.Although part of a team, the Account Manager works independently and for this reason, attention to detail is critical. It is a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking is necessary.The ability to proficiently use Microsoft office programs is necessary. Our order processing software is SL Dynamics.Axis New England is a high-tech company - a distributor of motion control equipment. We provide engineering services, software and machine design. We are the authorized distributor for many manufacturers located domestically and internationally. Our sales people are degreed engineers (electrical or mechanical) and work with customers in many types of industries to solve their problems and to select product. Industries we work with include: biomedical, building products, semiconductor, robotics, chip manufacturing, material handling and machine tool.
