- This is on an onsite role.
- Contract Length: Possibility to go perm, this site does Phamaceutical products. 6 months. temp. most likely will be needed through end of the year.
- Is it more data entry or customer service? Should have a year or of experience, will need to be trained on the order entry system. Should have done customer service phone calls before (1 year of experience) . Will be handling about 40 phone calls a day. Most of the correspondence will be 100-200 emails and the emails should be responded to within 24 hours.
- Will you Interview? In person or via Teams? Will be interviewing over teams and then issuing the offer.
- Shift: Days and Time: Monday-Friday 8-5 with an hour lunch. Lunch is not paid for.
Computer, phone skills, Excel & Word. This position will be doing order entry, Sr. Customer Service Rep back-up, will answer emails, maintain Excel sheets, follow up on late orders with Planner, notify customers when orders are going to be late.
