Cortech International LLC is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in the riverport area of Louisville, KY.

Hours would be Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with overtime available

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

*Receive and respond to requests by phone and email.
*Process sales orders, credit, and debit memos accurately.
*Address and resolve concerns and service failures in a timely manner.
*manage monthly consignment restock requests and usage reports.
*Work closely with supply chain and production managers to coordinate expedite and/or delayed orders.

Education and experience required:

*Customer service in manufacturing environment.
*Associates degree or some college required.
*Minimum 4+ years' customer service and order entry experience.
