Qualifications:
? Prior experience in an Administrative and/or CSR role for manufacturing company
? Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft office
? Experience with SAP Software a plus.
? Good communication skills ? Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
Responsibilities:
? Analyze customer complaints and input into SAP system.
? Manage Return order requests
? Support incoming customer requests via email
? Process change orders and delivery blocks in SAP
Major/Certification:
-High School or GED
