Description:
-General Office Admin Duties
-Keep Customers updated
-Dispatch containers to trucking companies- Coordinate and monitor all deliveries
-Collect and log all truck unloading fees daily
-Print IBP reports and orders daily
-Complete EOD load plan
-Print all dock receipts for the following days work.
-Complete all invoicing to customers when work is completed
-Review all business with facility manager keeping communication levels 100%
-Keep all office areas in clean and orderly manner
Requirements:
-Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in the English language.
-Must be able to perform basic math skills accurately.
-Must possess moderate to excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook
-10Key by touch skills a must
-Organizational skills with an eye towards detail
-Understanding of the transportation industry A PLUS
-Associates Degree preferred, or three (3) years Business or related fields. Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
