Qualifications:
This position does not pay a shift differential. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. High School diploma, GED or equivalent required. 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service 3+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to interact with customers and internal operations. Excellent computer skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Maintain high attendance standards. Work Experience 2+ years of Customer Service experience. Previous experience working in Customer Service in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Required

Responsibilities:
Job Summary Direct liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. Responsible for providing information related to customer orders and inquiries. This position will maintain constant contact with customers to make sure all their needs are met by the business. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date sales data in the QAD MRP system. Job Responsibilities Serve as the direct link between customers and the business. Purchase order entry, purchase order changes and acknowledgements (frequent use of customer portals). Participate in daily production meetings and contract review. Maintain and update customer’s forecasts on the customer portals. Responsible for communication of customer requests, changes, complaints, etc. to Operations team. Customer interface for delivery status and expedites. Maintain up to date customer information in QAD MRP system. Offer excellent customer service to all new and current customers and fulfill all other duties as requested. Escalate customer concerns as needed Working with Accounting, process credits due. All other duties and tasks as assigned.
