JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Specialist. The schedule will be Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm. This job opportunity is starting off at $25/hr! CorTech Cares and we look forward to hearing from you, submit your resume or call us today!

Description of responsibilities:
- Provide professional services by acting as a primary point of contact for direct mortgages.
- Build relationships by actively listening and resolving borrowers and the general public inquiries/disputes quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Respond to borrower inquiries via phone, email, and internet within established timeframes in order to maintain service level expectations
- Research and resolve inquiries by collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Ensure loan records are properly updated and maintained in the servicing operating system, along with performing general account maintenance.
- Perform multiple administrative tasks by adhering to regulatory and VHDA guidelines and providing information in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

Required skills:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience and inbound call center
- Able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Mortgage Loan Servicing required. (6+ months)
- Problem solving skills
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
- Able to work independently or in a team environment
